Just another small-ish release to address some bugs and minor interop concerns:

• HIDDEN entries now come with headers that opt out of caching and archival
• absolute=True now applies to all links, not just rewritten ones
• Templates now correctly cache when using arbitrary GET parameters (using request.args per Flask convention)
• Improved the error messaging for a malformed pagination query
